Welcome to Dreampiks[](https://dreampiks.com/), an online platform operated by BITLABS Services, a proprietorship firm owned by Banoth Raju, with its principal place of business at H No: 15-11-94, Back side of HP Petrol Bunk, Vdos Colony, Khammam, Telangana - 507001, India (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related applications or features provided by Dreampiks.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

Accounts are non-transferable, and any attempt to transfer or sell an account will result in immediate termination.

2. Orders, Payments, and Transactions

All product listings on Dreampiks are subject to availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, but errors may occur. In the event of stock unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund for any payment already processed.

Purchases are processed securely through our payment gateways, including Cash on Delivery (COD) options. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any promotional discounts unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders, including taxes and delivery fees.

• Payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, or wallets are processed through third-party providers, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
• For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery, and a nominal convenience fee may apply.
• We do not store full payment card details; however, transaction records are maintained for dispute resolution and compliance purposes.
• Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed, except within the timeframe specified in our Cancellation Policy. Please review product details, including specifications, sizes, and return policies, before finalizing your purchase.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Dreampiks ships products across India using reliable third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as location, weather, or carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order value.
• Free shipping applies to orders exceeding ₹999, subject to terms.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; incorrect details may result in additional fees or non-delivery.
• Unclaimed or refused packages may be returned to us, and you will bear return shipping costs.

For international shipping, please contact our support team, as it is currently limited. We are not liable for customs duties or import taxes on international orders.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Our Returns and Refunds Policy, accessible via the website, provides detailed guidelines. In summary, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Defective or damaged items qualify for replacement or refund upon verification.

Products are sold "as is" with manufacturer warranties where applicable. We do not offer extended warranties unless explicitly stated. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Dreampiks website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of BITLABS Services or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Any unauthorized use may result in legal action, including claims for damages.
• Trademarks such as "Dreampiks" and associated logos may not be used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Khammam, Telangana.
